Okay, lately I’ve been playing Call of Duty constantly and I have bought all the other DLC packs for the game, but I’m not feeling this one. It’s because I don’t like playing the Zombie modes and that’s basically what this DLC seem to be. I will have to wait and see though
Video I uploaded to youtube. It’s a song I made using Will.I.am’s voice (from the musical group Black Eyed Peas) from the animated movie “RIO”. You know the line “Take it, take it, to the floor…shw her, show her, show her how you roll……” you get the idea.

Yes it’s true if you remember back in July of last year a video appeared online near the same time the new Mortal Kombat game was revealed for development. The name of the video was simply, Mortal Kombat: Rebirth. (View the video below.) The video was seen by Warner Brothers who had just bought the rights to the Mortal Kombat Franchise just weeks prior. Warner Brothers must of liked what they saw cause the director of that short has been hired to film and release 10-13 episodes, nearing the release of the game. Filming has been done for weeks now and post-production is now about complete…be looking for the first episode within the next week or so.
NetherRealm Studios have issued a press release announcing that Mortal Kombat (2011) has gone gold!
Going gold just means the “main disk” that the retail disk will be copied off of for sale has been made and is ready for copying.
Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment and NetherRealm Studios today announce that Mortal Kombat has officially gone gold on the PlayStation®3 computer entertainment system and Xbox 360® video game and entertainment system from Microsoft. Scheduled to launch on April 19, Mortal Kombat is the most brutal installment of the legendary fighting game to date and is currently available for pre-order at all major retailers across North America.
Being developed by NetherRealm Studios, led by Mortal Kombat co-creator Ed Boon, the newest chapter of the iconic fight franchise marks a triumphant return to the series’ mature presentation and a reinvention of its classic 2D fighting mechanic. Driven by an all new graphics engine, the fan favorite Fatality is back and presented in more gory detail than ever before. In addition, Mortal Kombat introduces a number of new game-play features including tag team, a deep story mode, and, exclusively for the PS3, Stereoscopic 3D. Players can choose from an extensive lineup of the game’s iconic warriors and challenge their friends in traditional 1 vs. 1 matches, or take on several new game modes including Challenge Tower and the soon-to-be-announced online modes.
Mortal Kombat releases April 19th for the Playstation 3 and Xbox 360 consoles.
You have to admit it, the thought of having a 3D device without having the need for 3D glasses is pretty out of this world, and the company that started the “interactive revolution” were the ones to utilized this new technology in a handheld gaming system. Nintendo of America just release the US version of the Nintendo 3DS on March 27th to all retailers at the suggested retail price of $249.00. Nintendo even offered a trade-in program for most retail stores where you trade in your old Nintendo DS handheld for money off towards the new Nintendo 3DS system. Smart move Nintendo!
The system has about 20 titles available at launch, nothing that really pushes the bar for the handheld’s technology, but enough to show you its potential. Just like any other gaming system, developers need to “get a feel” for a system’s capabilities before determining the system’s limits of what it can achieve. The system itself has a lot of nifty gadgets and tools built in right out of the box, and expecting gaming developers to take full advantage of those tools in the near future. Since we are on the topic of games. The most noticeable launch titles are; Splinter Cell 3D, Sims 3, Ridge racer 3D, and Rayman 3D. Like before the titles aren’t pushing the bar for what this system is truly capable of but give it time.
As mentioned before the Nintendo 3DS has a lot of useful tools allowing you to utilize the 3D capabilities of the Nintendo 3DS such as the 2-lens outwards facing cameras, Mii Maker (people will recognize this from the Nintendo Wii, which can be transferred back and forth), AR (Augmented Reality)games, and the Nintendo Eshop.
The Nintendo is definitely a step up from other gaming platforms, not in range of graphics but capabilities and are only proving that Nintendo is still in the battle for gaming’s top dog. You can’t help but admit the Nintendo will forever be the innovator for handheld consoles.

This is a remix my nephew (October’s Own) and I did with Beyonce’s song “Ego”. The song is fairly old and we made it back when the song was popular but never made it available to the public like this. I like it personally! Take a listen and comment. Lyrics posted below.
[Beyonce]
Oh baby, how you doing?
You know I’m gonna cut right to the chase
Some women were made but me, myself
I like to think that I was created for a special purpose
You know, what’s more special than you? You feel me
[Kniew]
Hey, My ego’s bigger than a full moon
On a sec I think i just spoke too soon
Now I’m a man who know what’s he wants
And baby girl at this day and time it’s you that I want
Don’t listen to your friends, listen to your man
cause you know know at the end, I’m the one to lend a helping hand
Pay no attention to this big ego
cause deep down inside I know our love is sure to grow
[Beyonce -Chorus]
It’s too big, it’s too wide
It’s too strong, it won’t fit
It’s too much, it’s too tough
He talk like this ’cause he can back it up
He got a big ego, such a huge ego
I love his big ego, it’s too much
He walk like this ’cause he can back it up
[October's Own]
Yo, I’m on the track with B
She on the track with me
And when we get together, we create ecstasy
She loves the big ego, the ego of a hero
And I’m on this thang, the limit be zero
Better yet, none
Cause I’ll be number one
And if you want the best, just put me to the test
Cause the flow is awesome
You flourish, I blossom
I every single way, cause I can make it wait
[Chrous]
I, I walk like this ’cause I can back it up
I, I talk like this ’cause I can back it up
I, I can back it up, I can back it up
I walk like this ’cause I can back it up
It’s too big, it’s too wide
It’s too strong, it won’t fit
It’s too much, it’s too tough
He talk like this ’cause he can back it up
He got a big ego, such a huge ego, such a huge ego
I love his big ego, it’s too much
He walk like this ’cause he can back it up
Ego so big, you must admit
I got every reason to feel like I’m that bitch
Ego so strong, if you ain’t know
I don’t need no beat, I can sing it with piano
New track called “What She Says”. Take a listen and comment.
